Relationships are an important part of life. They encompass every aspect of our lives: family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers. God desires for us to have a strong relationship with those in the church. In fact, He describes those in the church as “one body,” all working together in various roles to carry out the work of Christ. Community is a priority of Grace Church. Our Life Groups are the main connecting point for individuals of Grace Church. These groups are designed for a time of developing relationships, learning about God and the Bible, and serving the community. Also, formally joining Grace Church as a member further enhances our connection to each other.
“Instead, God has put the body together, giving greater honor to the less honorable, so that there would be no division in the body, but that the members would have the same concern for each other. So if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it. Now you are the body of Christ, and individual members of it.” - 1 Corinthians 12:24b-27 (HCSB)
